About ME
Turning sustainability compliance into resilience, measurable impact, and strategic value.
I help organisations turn sustainability compliance into a driver of resilience and measurable impact. My advisory focuses on building integrated sustainability systems that meet regulatory requirements while strengthening risk management, improving data reliability, and enabling forward-looking decision-making.
With over 15 years of experience across academia, international organisations, and the private sector, I bring a strong analytical and governance perspective to sustainability as both a regulatory requirement and a strategic opportunity.
In 2023, I founded Baiamonte ESG & Sustainability Services, my independent advisory practice based in Geneva, supporting organisations in sustainability reporting, materiality and risk assessments, climate scenario analysis, supply chain due diligence, and the development of data governance and traceability systems that enable informed, resilient decision-making.
